First, let me say that we're happy to hear that you are enthusiastic about the Paleo diet! So far as smoothies are concerned, you can simply keep these things and it would be satisfactory, but you'd want to watch your sugars content. Most smoothies do have a lot of sugar… even if it is natural, its still sugars and if you are looking to lose weight, you will want to pay attention to that (if you are looking to achieve a big amount of weight damage, we usually recommend eliminating berry for the first 30 at least depending on the amount).
